Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' histories and derive personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailoring each approach to fit individual clients.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing creative and effective strategies to help clients process their trauma, develop coping mechanisms, and enhance their emotional resilience.

• Collaborate with a network of psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate support and stabilization.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses and available resources, fostering understanding and empowerment in their healing journey.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards while using our EHR system effectively.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings, contributing insights into patient care and championing trauma-informed methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be assisting individuals affected by trauma, including those diagnosed with PTSD and related disorders. The ideal candidate will understand the complexities of trauma recovery and be prepared to engage compassionately with clients from diverse backgrounds, addressing their specific emotional and psychological needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

• Deep understanding of trauma-related disorders and a diverse range of trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver therapeutic interventions that are effective for trauma survivors.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy, patience, and non-judgmental support.

• A calm demeanor under pressure, combined with the capacity to maintain professional boundaries.

• Proficient in using electronic health record systems and various computer applications relevant to patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in telehealth service provision and familiarity with digital therapy platforms will be highly regarded. Your background in providing trauma-focused therapies will enable you to adapt quickly to our workflow and patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
