Role: REMOTE Senior Customer Service Representative URGENT!!! Pay: $17.00/hou r Assignment: Temporary : • Training: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM ET • 100% attendance required during training and residency • No pre-scheduled appointments allowed during training or residency • Camera must remain on throughout training

What You'll Do: • Support our client by handling inbound customer service calls. • Assist customers with health insurance enrollments and coverage changes. • Provide information regarding Medicaid and Marketplace plans. • Answer questions related to eligibility and financial assistance programs. • Respond to healthcare coverage and benefits inquiries. • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. • Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers and resolving inquiries. • Experience in handling health insurance account is A PLUS !

Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED required. • 1-3 years of customer service experience. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers. • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment. • Must provide your own equipment (BYOD) : o Windows or Mac computer ( Chromebooks are not permitted ) o W ebcam o Wired USB headset with microphone o Wired Ethernet internet connection o Internet speed: 25mbps download speed/ 10mbps upload speed o PC Memory: 8+ GB RAM o Processor: Intel i5, AMD Ryzen or better • Must be able to maintain full attendance during training and residency. • Must keep camera on throughout all training sessions.
