Work Environment\n

This position operates remotely, allowing flexibility and a healthy work-life balance while engaging with school-based programs. The standard work schedule will encompass 40 hours per week, with options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between the hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, or families, focusing on their unique emotional and psychological challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with clients to gather critical social, personal, environmental, and health-related information.
\n
• Evaluate clients' problems and implement treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, ensuring adherence to professional scope of practice.

• Design and coordinate programs and activities that address clients' social and emotional requirements.
\n
• Facilitate the management of cognitive, affective, and behavioral issues, including crisis resolution and referrals to appropriate community resources.

• Maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, characterized by mutual respect and acceptance.

• Continuously assess the effectiveness of treatment services and document findings in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.

• Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring that case documentation is current and accurately reflects the services provided.

• Provide one-on-one clinical counseling sessions, adapting strategies to fit each client's unique circumstances.

• Perform additional duties as may be assigned by leadership to support the overall mission of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily serve students within the school setting, addressing a spectrum of behavioral and mental health issues. Clients may present with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance dependency, family dynamics, and grief. The clinician will play a pivotal role in creating a safe environment for students to express their feelings and navigate their concerns. By collaborating with educators and families, the LCSW will help facilitate holistic support for the students’ academic and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field of study is required.

Candidates with a minimum of four years of relevant experience in clinical social work are preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
