Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' backgrounds and determine suitable treatment methodologies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience, ensuring clients' unique needs are met.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing processes.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, where clients learn coping mechanisms, engage in trauma processing, and find a supportive community.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to create an integrated care plan for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients receive timely and effective support.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available resources for further assistance.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, and comply with all organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 per year, rewarding your contributions to our clients and organization. We offer guaranteed pay with annual increases, along with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Additional benefits include:
