If you are passionate about designing cohesive digital products that solve real-world problems and drive business value, this is the opportunity for you.What You'll DoOwn the Platform Vision: Define and champion the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core digital product platform, ensuring its capabilities align with and drive business growth.Champion a Unified Brand Experience: Own, build, and govern our Common Design Framework, ensuring we present a consistent and cohesive "One Citi" view across all consumer-facing digital properties.Master the Customer Journey: Think through and design cohesive, end-to-end customer servicing journeys that cater to multiple customer personas and their unique objectives.Translate Business Needs into Product Reality: Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand their goals, shaping their requirements into clear, actionable platform features and technical specifications.Drive with Data and Analytics: Utilize strong analytical skills to define success metrics, measure feature performance, and tie product enhancements directly back to business KPIs. You will make data-driven trade-offs to optimize for impact and time-to-market.Lead with Influence: Guide and influence a cross-disciplinary team of engineers, designers, and business partners. Clearly communicate goals, roles, and responsibilities to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.Champion Technical Excellence: Partner closely with engineering teams to understand technical possibilities, challenge constraints, and ensure the platform is scalable, resilient, and at the forefront of technology.Manage Risk and Compliance: Proactively assess risk in all business and product decisions, ensuring our solutions safeguard our clients, our assets, and the firm's reputation by adhering to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.Qualifications:2-3 years of experienceExperience working in Agile Software delivery modelExperience using various agile tools including Jira, Figma, and Confluence.Sharp; think on your feet, quickly come up with innovative solutions and always one step aheadConsumer-centric; empathetic towards the customer with the ability to put yourself in their customer's shoesObsession for digital productsA willingness and appetite to do what it takes to take the product from concept to launchDistinct analytical background with the ability to find data, identify and run tests, distil the results quickly and turn it into actionable insightsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationEducation:Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
