SAP Signavio. mandatory
Required Qualifications
This is an Enterprise team on the people process side and sits within the EMPO team as well.
This role will be related to the implementation of the FACETs enterprise wide.
Will be supporting business partners and processes like claims , enrollment , providers and utilization management.
Will be identifying Process Improvements and Process design between cross division handshakes,
What you will bring to the role:
Looking for a seasoned BPM Consultant with solid experience with process improvement and process design. Looking at seasoned consultant level folks, who can hit the ground running.
Must have Healthcare insurance domain experience.
Must have a top level understanding of how claims systems work with other systems within an organization.
Must have experience stitching together processes.
Working with business owners.
Experience with any process mapping tools. The team uses SAP Signavio.
Experience with process discovery and definition as well as making recommendations.
It's nice to have a Lean or Black belt certification . But please note that this role will not be heavy on black belt work.
FACETS is a nice to have.
