Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one psychotherapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to individual client needs.
• Perform thorough clinical assessments and case conceptualizations that inform treatment planning and intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with other practitioners and case managers to ensure holistic and cohesive care, facilitating case discussions as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population suffering from a range of mental health issues, particularly those experiencing trauma and its effects. Clients will come from various backgrounds, requiring adaptability in your therapeutic approaches. You will provide guidance and support in understanding their challenges, fostering resilience, and promoting healing through individual and family sessions.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• An active and valid license from the State of Pennsylvania to practice independently as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a mental health setting as a primary therapist, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic relationships and interventions.
• Experience working within a telehealth framework is highly desirable, enhancing the delivery of mental health services through virtual modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
