Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients' mental health needs to develop thorough clinical diagnoses.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques suitable for each client.

• Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities to best meet client goals.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations, offering immediate support and interventions for clients in acute distress.

• Document and maintain confidential records of client interactions, progress reports, and treatment planning in compliance with ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with a robust interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to ensure holistic patient care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health resources and effective coping strategies, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with encompass a wide range of backgrounds and challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns. You will provide vital support to individuals, couples, and families in navigating their unique challenges. As a licensed therapist, you will play an instrumental role in fostering a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred; however, we also welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow.

• Experience using telehealth platforms and digital tools for therapy is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
