This position allows for a flexible remote work setting from the comfort of your home, while also maintaining in-person office hours at our outpatient facility in Astoria when necessary. The position requires availability Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, facilitating a structured work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual, couple, and family dynamics, leading to the development of tailored treatment strategies.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for clients utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Engage in supervision and collaborate with fellow therapists to enhance clinical skills and improve service delivery through regular training sessions.

• Stay informed about best practices and current research in marriage and family therapy to provide informed and effective care.

• Uphold a strict adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including couples navigating relationship challenges, families dealing with conflict or transitions, and individuals seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Each interaction provides an opportunity to positively influence client outcomes through evidence-based treatments.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of an active independent license in Oregon (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapy, with demonstrated skills in treatment planning.

• Strong communication skills tailored to virtual settings, establishing rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficiency and comfort with online therapy platforms to deliver effective remote care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 , commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
