Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine individual needs, tailoring support and intervention strategies accordingly.

• Monitor patient outcomes as part of an interdisciplinary team, using evidence-based practices to drive improvements and ensure effective treatment plans.

• Provide psychoeducation and support to families, equipping them with resources and skills necessary to foster healthy development and recovery for their loved ones.

• Build trusting relationships with children and families, facilitating open communication and a supportive atmosphere during their recovery journey.

• Implement natural environment teaching techniques and coaching methodologies to enhance skill development and foster a supportive learning environment.

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards to protect both staff and clients during treatment processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve children and families affected by addiction and substance use disorders. Your focus will be on empowering these families by enhancing their understanding of the recovery process and providing them with tools to support healthy development and functioning throughout the detox experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in early intervention and working with children within a recovery-focused setting.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet diverse learning styles and individual needs.
\n
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, enabling you to manage multiple cases effectively.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering collaboration with team members and rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
