Temporary Administrative Clerk
Workforce Resources is seeking a reliable Temporary Administrative Clerk to provide office support for a local company. This position is responsible for assisting with daily administrative tasks, customer communication, and scheduling coordination.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing calls as needed
- Greeting visitors and providing professional customer service
- Providing general office and administrative support
- Scheduling truck pickups and deliveries
- Assisting with daily clerical tasks and maintaining accurate information
Requirements:
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Logistics experience is a plus but not required for candidates with strong office/administrative backgrounds
Pay Rate: $24.
