Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments through video sessions to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans incorporating their goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and structured group therapy workshops, employing evidence-based practices tailored to various mental health disorders.

• Maintain open communication with other healthcare professionals—such as psychiatrists and case managers—ensuring integrated support and continuity of care for clients.

• Educate and support clients' families in understanding mental health challenges, encouraging their involvement throughout the recovery process.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and confidentially, adhering to all relevant regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A current and valid state license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor.

Compensation and Benefits\n
