Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the client's needs and engage in the development of individualized treatment plans, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis scenarios.

• Prepare and document crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and other therapeutic strategies with precision and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as recommended by the clinical team to ensure best practices in mental health care are consistently applied.

• Collaboratively devise positive behavior support strategies in coordination with interdisciplinary teams and community partners.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance and quality in service delivery.

• Serve as a communication liaison with relevant service systems, governmental agencies, and community partners to advocate for clients and strengthen community ties.

• Foster partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies to secure funding and promote collaborative initiatives.

• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities, including attending conferences and representing the organization on statewide task forces.

• Uphold the organizational mission, values, and principles in all interactions and decisions made at StrongMynd.

• Provide occasional support in additional responsibilities as directed by the Clinic Director.
