Work Environment\n

This position will be conducted entirely through our telehealth system, allowing you to provide essential services without the constraints of a traditional office setting. Your schedule will typically follow a standard workweek of Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations to assess patients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans addressing trauma-related issues.

• Engage with patients through virtual sessions to listen actively to their concerns and diagnose mental or emotional disorders, ensuring a supportive and trusting therapeutic environment.

• Create and implement effective coping strategies and treatment interventions, adjusting them as necessary based on patient progress and feedback.

• Provide education on stress management techniques and trauma coping mechanisms to both patients and staff members, fostering an inclusive and knowledgeable community.

• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems to track treatment outcomes and modify care plans accordingly.

• Collaborate with various healthcare providers, social agencies, and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for patients, addressing their medical, emotional, and social needs.

• Maintain up-to-date National Certified Counselor certification through ongoing education, utilizing the latest methodologies and best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A valid and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n
