You will work remotely, allowing for flexible scheduling options, while engaging in meaningful interactions with clients throughout Fort Worth, Texas, and beyond.

Work Environment\n

As part of a dynamic and growing team, your role will primarily be conducted in a remote setting, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while focusing on client care. You will collaborate with colleagues during designated hours from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, and have the opportunity to choose between 4x10 or 5x8 work shifts that fit your lifestyle. Key Responsibilities\n

You will be entrusted with a wide range of essential functions, including but not limited to:

• Delivering psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

• Conducting thorough interviews to collect and interpret relevant social, personal, environmental, and health information from clients, fostering a holistic understanding of their needs.

• Evaluating clients' psychosocial needs, developing appropriate treatment plans, and implementing interventions tailored to each individual.
\n
• Facilitating cognitive and behavioral health initiatives, including crisis intervention and referrals to community resources to support clients effectively.
\n
• Building and maintaining strong therapeutic relationships grounded in respect, trust, and acceptance, which are critical for effective treatment outcomes.

• Continuously assessing the effectiveness of therapy services provided and making necessary adjustments to enhance client progress.
\n
• Documenting all findings in client records per established protocols, ensuring accuracy and consistency in case management.
\n
• Managing a caseload that reflects your expertise and experience while ensuring timely documentation and follow-up for each client.

• Providing individual clinical counseling sessions that help clients navigate their mental health challenges.

• Completing additional responsibilities as assigned to support clinic operations and team objectives.

This position primarily serves patients dealing with a wide range of mental health issues, including mood disorders, grief, substance abuse, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and active LCSW licensure in Texas.
\n
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the behavioral health field.

• Demonstrated counseling experience in treating a variety of mental health conditions.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in hospice settings or with grief and loss counseling is preferred but not required. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and community resource advocacy will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
