Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a financial institution location, where you will monitor activity, coordinate responses to security-related incidents, and help maintain smooth communication across the site. Pay Rate: $27.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related operations at a financial services location.
• Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems from a dispatch post, and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document incidents, service calls, unusual activity, and/or critical events in dispatch logs and reports with clear and timely updates.
• Coordinate responses to alarms, access concerns, medical situations, and/or other incidents by communicating with site contacts, emergency responders, and Allied Universal personnel as appropriate.
• Support daily operations by tracking officer activity, dispatching personnel to priority areas, and helping to deter disruptions through prompt communication and attention to site needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Have access control and badge experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
