Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing & Promotion Specialist to support a growing organization. This position will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies designed to increase brand awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience managing marketing initiatives across both digital and traditional channels and will work closely with internal teams, business partners, and external agencies. Key Responsibilities Explore and develop brand marketing opportunities and strategic business partnerships. Independently plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and drive collaborative initiatives from concept through completion. Partner closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and service offerings. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to identify opportunities and optimize marketing strategies. Coordinate and support events, exhibitions, webinars, seminars, and other promotional activities. Develop and manage digital and traditional marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and communications. Ensure marketing activities comply with applicable company policies and industry requirements. Provide marketing and communications support to internal departments and leadership as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2?3 years of professional experience in marketing, branding, promotions, or a related area . Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies. Proficiency with digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic-thinking abilities. Ability to independently manage multiple projects and initiatives. Strong relationship-building and partnership management skills. Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.
