Employee Benefits Account Manager

The Account Manager will play a key role coordinating, collecting, and implementing group benefits with carriers and share responsible for group benefit meetings. Building relationships between brokers, carriers, vendors and HR directors. Resolving client inquiries. Consulting employers’ HR departments on insurance needs that could impact their benefits goals. Your Impact: Assist agents, as well as clients with gathering data for quotes for new groups and renewals Prepare spreadsheets with carrier options Use India teams to collect data when needed Resolve the day-to-day service issues, including eligibility, billing, and claim issues with internal departments, clients, carriers, and Vendors.
