Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Offer therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, employing a wide range of methodologies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless and holistic care delivery for our clients.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing acute emotional distress or emergencies.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational activities aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing associated stigma.

As a therapist at Randolph Behavioral Center, you will serve a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, and grief related to hospice services. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
