Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with clients to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for those experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses or severe emotional disturbances.

• Participate actively in team meetings to align on shared goals and strategies, fostering a spirit of collaboration and teamwork.

• Address and be sensitive to the diverse cultural, religious, and social backgrounds of clients to enhance therapeutic relationships.

• Operate effectively within the organizational and financial frameworks of Resolute Healthcare Clinic and coordinate services with external systems, as needed.

• Adhere to professional ethical standards and the clinic's code of conduct to maintain the highest quality of care.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to perform screenings and assessments, recommending further evaluations as necessary.

• Design and implement integrated care plans, ensuring seamless communication between clients, family members, and various healthcare providers.
\n
• Provide a range of focused prevention, intervention, and recovery services tailored to clients, based on their individual needs.
\n
• Engage in crisis interventions and support as required, ensuring that clients receive timely and appropriate care.
\n
• Maintain an active caseload, managing therapy sessions (individual, group, and family) and ensuring effective treatment continues throughout the patient’s journey.
\n
• Monitor client progress, admissions, ongoing treatment, and discharge criteria to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Complete documentation and reporting in a timely manner, contributing to efficient data collection processes.
\n
• Provide on-call support during and after program hours as assigned to address urgent client needs.
\n
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and participate in committees to enhance clinic service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals facing significant mental health issues such as major depression, anxiety disorders, and severe emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
