Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand patients’ psychological and emotional needs, utilizing instruments such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment planning.

• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans based on ongoing patient assessments, focusing on their specific needs, cultural backgrounds, and desired health outcomes.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate treatment records using electronic health record systems, complying with department policies and regulations to support high standards of care.

• Engage collaboratively with patients and their support networks to develop comprehensive treatment strategies that promote effective mental health management and symptom alleviation.

• Provide a wide range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques to address complex mental health issues, while continually monitoring the effectiveness of interventions and adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications\n
