Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with assigned clients, conducting both in-office and community-based sessions, to assess their mental health needs and develop evidence-based care plans.

• Implement brief interventions and provide therapeutic services tailored to the specific challenges faced by clients suffering from severe mental health issues.

• Conduct screenings and assessments to determine the appropriate level of care, while coordinating with other healthcare professionals when more intensive evaluations are necessary.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, family members, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and effective communication.

• Participate actively in team meetings and collaborative case reviews to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.

• Carry a manageable caseload by providing individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate, ensuring each client receives personalized support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
