Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify the needs and experiences of clients entering the Detox Center, ensuring they receive the most suitable treatment path.

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to foster healing and growth for clients and their loved ones.

• Maintain open communication with the Utilization Review and Business Departments regarding authorizations and payments, ensuring seamless service provision for clients.
\n
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that are regularly updated based on client progress and changes in their circumstances.
\n
• Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress accurately and promptly to comply with legal and organizational standards.

The population we serve primarily includes individuals facing mental health disorders, substance use issues, and various psychosocial challenges. Our clients range from children to adults who require interventions and support during critical moments in their lives. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.
