Director, Commerce Operations (Retail Media Focus) We are seeking a Director of Commerce Operations to lead operational excellence and scalable activation across commerce and retail media programs. This is a highly hands‑on role for a performance‑driven retail media expert who can build processes, improve workflows, and drive measurable outcomes across commerce activation. Key responsibilities: Build and optimize scalable operational frameworks for commerce and retail media activation Drive process improvement, consistency, and execution rigor across teams Lead rollout of new commerce capabilities and activation models Partner with commerce and media teams to improve performance outcomes Strengthen workflows across campaign setup, execution, reporting, and optimization Support change management and cross‑functional operational alignment Ideal experience: Deep, hands‑on experience across retail media platforms such as Amazon Ads / Amazon DSP, Walmart Ads / Walmart DSP, Target Roundel, Pacvue, Skai, and The Trade Desk. We are looking for candidates from performance marketing agencies or retail media environments who can go beyond trafficking to deliver optimization insights, strategic recommendations, and performance improvements .
