Growth Marketer (Remote)

About the Job We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Growth Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement creative marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels (content marketing, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO, etc.) to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention Work closely with the product, design, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive and effective growth strategy Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve future efforts Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement Collaborate with the content and community teams to create compelling, shareable content that resonates with our target audience Test and iterate on different messaging, targeting, and creative approaches to drive growth and improve user experience Continuously optimize our website and landing pages for conversion, SEO, and user engagement Requirements 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role, preferably within the tech industry or a developer-focused company Proven track record of creating and executing successful growth marketing campaigns across various channels Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategies and decisions Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools Familiarity with developer communities and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the developer ecosystem A self-starter mentality and a strong desire to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact Nice-to-Have Experience with other front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of performance optimization and web security best practices.
