To convert free-user momentum into sales-ready leads, the full-time remote Growth Marketer (Lead Generation) will manage lead generation strategies across web, email, and paid channels, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize outreach and reporting. Key responsibilities Own lead generation strategy across various channels, including web, email, and paid social, while managing performance reporting Leverage district usage data to develop targeted outreach strategies and design usage-based campaigns Establish and execute AEO/SEO strategies to enhance visibility among educators and district leaders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 4-7 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing required Hands-on fluency with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Webflow Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and experience with analytics platforms Experience building competitor-facing content preferred
