Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, crafting personalized treatment plans as the foundation for recovery

Education

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Current CPR certification is preferred
