Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual therapy services to a minimum of 25 clients through a secure electronic health records (EHR) system.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices in therapy.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, to address clients’ unique needs and promote positive outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and any necessary follow-up measures.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers when necessary to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.

• Conduct outreach and follow-up calls to prospective and current clients as part of ongoing support and engagement measures.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic primarily serves adult clients aged 18 and above, reflecting a diverse population with a variety of mental health concerns. Candidates with experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and those focused on men's mental health are particularly encouraged to apply, although such experience is not mandatory.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license valid in the State of New York.

• Minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting therapy for adults, with expertise in CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Possession of professional malpractice insurance.

Compensation and Benefits\n
