Join Our Team at Hightower, Stratton, Novigrod, Costello, Uzzi & Kantor – West Palm Beach Office! We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to join our dynamic Defense team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting experienced associates with high-volume caseloads, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Assist with trial preparation and case management with Litify through Salesforce. Manage attorney calendars, schedule hearings and depositions (including expert depositions), and draft subpoena duces tecum. Retrieve records via Notice of Production from Non-Party and Subpoena. Prepare and review correspondence to counsel and judicial officers. Perform e-filing. Billable hour tracking through Sage Timeslips. Support other standard legal assistant duties as needed including administrative task Preferred Qualifications: Recent experience in Bodily Injury , Insurance Defense , and First Party Property cases. Experience with billable hours preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A self-starter with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.
