Housing & Family Stability Case Manager

Women In Need (Win) in New York seeks a dedicated Case Manager to support families in Transitional Housing. You will conduct assessments, develop ILPs, provide counseling, and connect clients to benefits and housing resources to promote stability. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field with 2 years of relevant experience (or an Associate’s with 3 years).
