Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site Leadership Development Associate role located in Miami, FL. The Leadership Development Associate will be responsible for day‑to‑day tasks associated with leadership development initiatives, team building, and performance evaluation. They will play a key role in cultivating leadership skills and fostering a culture of growth and development within the organization. Base Pay Range $55,000.00/yr – $60,000.00/yr Qualifications Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Analytical Skills Experience in Fundraising and Research Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work well in a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Entrepreneurship or related field Previous experience in sales, leadership development or a similar role is a plus Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Business Development and Sales Business Consulting and Services Location Miami, FL Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Storm Miami by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
