Key Responsibilities\n

As a Telehealth LMFT at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and therapeutic interventions for clients with varying mental health concerns.

• Utilizing our all-in-one platform to communicate with clients through video and audio calls, as well as managing online journals and goal-setting tools.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Evaluating treatment outcomes and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal client progress.

• Participating in regular supervision and peer support meetings to enhance clinical skills and share experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on assisting stable, low-acuity adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, grief, and weight disorders. Notably, our platform does not include children or individuals with severe mental health conditions to ensure a focused therapeutic environment. You will work with clients who are seeking to develop coping strategies, improve their emotional well-being, and foster healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full independent Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas, free from any disciplinary actions.

• A reliable internet connection, along with a working phone and either a desktop PC or laptop (tablets are not compatible).

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in telehealth settings is a plus, but not required. Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, depending on hours worked and experience. Additionally, we offer a substantial sign-on bonus to support your transition into our organization. Full-time therapists also receive a monthly stipend that contributes toward medical, dental, and vision benefits. We ensure timely payment through weekly direct deposits.
