Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support in a fast-paced professional environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong time management, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Organize files, records, and business correspondence.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general administrative tasks.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
  • Maintain accurate records and support office operations.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
