Role Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted small-group social skills instruction for K–8 students
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify student needs and track progress
• Create an inclusive learning environment that supports diverse learners
• Encourage positive interactions, communication, and teamwork among students
• Maintain clear records and reports of student participation and development
• Adapt activities and lessons to address individual learning profiles within groups
