Job Summary: The Pastry Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality desserts, pastries, breads, and baked goods while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and food safety standards. This role works collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver exceptional products that enhance the overall guest experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities: Work alongside the kitchen team to prepare and plate desserts according to established recipes and standards Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service Assist with inventory and ordering as needed Qualifications: Previous experience as a pastry cook is required. 1 year minimum Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment Positive attitude, team player, and able to work collaboratively with others Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Pay: $24 / hour Top-notch Benefits: 24 hours paid Sick Time renewed yearly Management Referral Program with up to a $4,000 payout for qualifying management positions Employee Meals - Free meal for every eight-hour shift Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to assist with work life balance Paid vacation starting at 2 weeks per year Moral (PRIDE) Program- rewarding employees with a variety of prizes for those who exemplify the company's values.
