Work Environment

This is a full-time onsite position within a home care setting, where you will provide therapy directly in patients' homes, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care in a comfortable and familiar environment. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to establish individualized treatment goals and needs.
• Manage a steady patient load of one patient per hour, ensuring focused and personalized attention.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques designed to enhance patients' range of motion and mobility.
• Propose non-surgical alternatives and minimize reliance on pain medication through targeted rehabilitation strategies.
• Design comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, depending on patient needs.
• Create tailored fitness and wellness programs that align with each patient's unique health objectives.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized care grounded in proven clinical practices and patient-centered approaches.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their treatment journey to optimize their functional capabilities.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• No record of board or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and custom exercise program design.
• Proficient in utilizing EMR software, preferably WebPT, to streamline patient information management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is favored, equipping you with the skills necessary to navigate this specialized environment effectively.
• Track record of developing effective treatment plans and positive patient outcomes is a significant advantage.
• Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary team setting to address comprehensive patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
