Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients to develop customized treatment strategies, addressing both immediate and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Administer one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing a combination of hands-on techniques and exercise programs tailored to enhance patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on effective self-care techniques and prescribed at-home exercises to support recovery outside of therapy sessions.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with healthcare regulations and best practices, ensuring all records are up to date and accessible.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, primarily consisting of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
