Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities, limitations, and challenges to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation strategies tailored to each patient's needs, incorporating modalities such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities like electrical stimulation.
• Regularly review and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary based on their responses and feedback.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes meticulously in compliance with departmental policies and state regulations to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss the need for continued treatment and make informed referrals.
• Educate patients and their families about exercises, home care strategies, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term recovery and health maintenance.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and continuing education opportunities that enhance your knowledge and skill set.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position involves working primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Active and valid Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
