You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff, to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients referred by physicians, developing personalized treatment plans based on their individual needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions that may include manual therapy techniques, strength training, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with legal and facility standards.
• Engage with patients and their families through consultations and education to provide guidance on treatment protocols, ensuring they are empowered in their recovery journey.
• Meet and exceed performance-based metrics and utilization goals, contributing to overall business objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will treat a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, pediatric patients requiring developmental support, neurologic conditions, and athletes seeking rehabilitation from sports-related injuries. You will work closely with each patient to develop tailored therapeutic interventions that cater to their unique recovery goals, fostering a trusting relationship that encourages progress.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and the healthcare team.
• Proficiency in word processing and documentation software for efficient handling of patient records.
• A commitment to building strong patient relationships aimed at achieving their functional goals.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, with demonstrated ability in a rehabilitation setting.
• Experience working with a variety of patient populations, particularly in orthopedic, pediatric, and sports medicine therapies.
• Advanced certifications such as a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) and current CPR certification are highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong salary package, we provide a comprehensive benefits program including:
