Salesforce Business Analyst

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Salesforce Functional Consultant, or Salesforce-focused Product Owner.
• We need experience supporting Agile delivery teams and Salesforce implementation, enhancement, or transformation initiatives.
• We require experience with Service Cloud and a strong hands-on understanding of the Salesforce platform.
• We value the ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, and functional documentation.
• We are seeking solid knowledge of Salesforce configuration concepts, including objects, fields, workflows, Flows, permissions, data modeling, and basic automation.
• We need strong communication skills, including the ability to ask insightful questions and document details accurately.
• We look for a strong ownership mindset and the ability to support features from discovery through production release.
• We require the ability to translate business needs into Salesforce-ready requirements and work effectively with technical stakeholders, architects, developers, and business users.
• We need the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative enterprise environment.
• Preferred: Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, or Business Analyst Certification.
• Preferred: Prior experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Functional Consultant, or Power User before transitioning into BA or product work.
• Preferred: Experience with Experience Cloud or portal solutions, Sales Cloud, highly technical engineering stakeholders, offshore or distributed delivery teams, and documentation such as process flows, data mapping, UAT plans, and release-readiness materials.
• Preferred: Exposure to Agentforce, AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities, Gemini, enterprise AI tools, or AI-assisted business process design.

• We partner closely with client stakeholders, consulting teams, Salesforce architects, developers, and delivery teams to define business needs.
• We document requirements, create user stories, and support Salesforce solution delivery.
• We translate business problems into clear Salesforce requirements and stay engaged through build, testing, and production release.
• We collaborate directly with technical and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with operational needs.
• We may also help produce process flows, data mapping documents, UAT plans, and release-readiness documentation.
