Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate mental health assessments to understand and identify the needs of clients, followed by developing personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, and families. You will utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies, to support diverse client needs.

• Facilitate support and psychoeducational groups, offering clients valuable opportunities to discuss their experiences, share coping strategies, and build a community.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure unified and holistic care strategies for our patients, adapting approaches based on collaborative feedback.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely support and action in high-stress situations.
\n
• Educate clients about various mental health conditions, their treatment options, and local community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring a high level of professionalism in documentation practices.

• Engage actively in team meetings, case consultations, and continuous professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; however, a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or as a Licensed Psychologist in the state of California.

• Demonstrable knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and best practices in therapy.
\n
• Ability to conduct detailed mental health assessments and formulate effective treatment strategies tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of delivering individual and group therapy.
\n
• Strong ethical judgment and commitment to maintaining professional boundaries.
\n
• Proficiency in EHR systems as well as familiarity with telehealth technologies.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
