Recruitment Coordinator

A nonprofit organization in NYC is seeking a temp-to-perm Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recruiting or human resources experience. Onsite Monday - Friday Hours: 9am-5pm Pay: $24/hr. Responsibilities Review resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews based on recruitment criteria. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain tracking spreadsheets for interview schedules and candidate pipelines. Create and forward job postings to relevant departments and platforms. Initiate hiring process paperwork and ensure timely communication with new hires. Conduct reference checks and document feedback for hiring decisions. Track and manage employee referral award programs. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree is required. Minimum of 1 year of direct Recruiting or HR experience. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Proven ability to manage customer service requests professionally and accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other HR database systems. Experience in independently implementing and enhancing operational processes. Capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. #J-18808-Ljbffr
