Senior IT Project Manager, IT Operations & Service Desk

Salary: $154,960 - 175,760 per year Requirements:

• 8+ years of enterprise technology project management experience
• Active PMP certification
• Hands-on proficiency with SAFe Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow and vendor delivery management
• Local to the Framingham/Marlborough, Massachusetts area, with flexibility for occasional onsite meetings
• Preferred: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Preferred: Experience with Service Desk automation and conversational AI technologies
• Preferred: Track record of leading digital workplace and Tech Bar service enhancements

• Lead end-to-end planning, risk tracking, and delivery of IT Operations and digital workplace initiatives through production
• Drive cross-functional ServiceNow projects to improve onboarding, associate changes, and asset lifecycle management
• Coordinate collaboration among End-User Computing, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Service Desk teams
• Manage vendor alignment and RAID logs, and provide regular executive-level status updates

We are Randstad Digital, seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise initiatives in IT Operations, End-User Computing, and Service Desk modernization, including workflow improvements, asset lifecycle overhauls, and infrastructure expansion. This is a contract role with telecommuting, an 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule, and pay of $74.50–$84.50 per hour.
