Qualifications & Experience:

- Organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic classroom environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant certifications a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instructional support to students under the supervision of certified teachers
- Assist with implementing lesson plans, classroom activities, and individual or small group instruction
- Support students with physical, academic, or behavioral challenges as directed
- Help promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Record observations and maintain documentation of student progress
- Aid in classroom organization, preparation of materials, and supervision of students during activities
