This is a hands-on leadership role - you'll be overseeing a small office team, driving projects forward, and keeping systems, workflows, and people all moving in the same direction. - Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a clean, organized, professional environment
- Manage administrative and operational projects from start to completion
- Ensure processes are structured, efficient, and consistently followed
- Lead and coordinate a small in-office team
- Manage internal workflows and keep cross-departmental communication strong
- Oversee mailing and administrative operations
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, including Salesforce
- Ensure organization-wide data and systems stay accurate and up to date
- Proven experience in operations, office management, or a similar leadership role
- Comfortable owning processes and making decisions independently
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
- Strong communicator who can lead both people and processes
