Office Operations Manager - 2066

Office Operations Manager | Crown Heights, NY • $70,000-$100,000

About the Role A growing nonprofit is looking for an Operations & Office Manager who can take real ownership of how the organization runs day-to-day. This is a hands-on leadership role - you'll be overseeing a small office team, driving projects forward, and keeping systems, workflows, and people all moving in the same direction. If you're the type who spots a broken process and fixes it before anyone asks, this role was built for you.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Office Management
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a clean, organized, professional environment
  • Manage administrative and operational projects from start to completion
  • Ensure processes are structured, efficient, and consistently followed
Team & Workflow Coordination
  • Lead and coordinate a small in-office team
  • Manage internal workflows and keep cross-departmental communication strong
  • Oversee mailing and administrative operations
Systems & CRM Oversight
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems, including Salesforce
  • Ensure organization-wide data and systems stay accurate and up to date
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in operations, office management, or a similar leadership role
  • Comfortable owning processes and making decisions independently
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Strong communicator who can lead both people and processes
