As part of our team, you'll receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 and a sign-on bonus of $3,000 upon joining.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and formulating treatment plans to address client needs effectively.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to promote emotional health and wellness.

• Completing all required documentation on time to meet regulatory standards and maintain up-to-date clinical records.

• Creating and implementing pre-crisis and crisis plans, risk assessments, and positive behavior support strategies in collaboration with the clinical team.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design behavioral guidelines and medication treatment plans.
\n
• Participating in ongoing licensing and accreditation activities to uphold the clinic’s high standards of care.

• Acting as a liaison between our clients and relevant state agencies, community partners, and service systems.

• Engaging in professional development opportunities by attending workshops, conferences, and representing the agency in community forums.

• Promoting our agency's mission, values, and principles through every client interaction.

• Assisting with any additional duties assigned by the Clinic Director as needed.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must have:

• A valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license issued by the state board.
