Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy, to a diverse array of clients with varying mental health needs.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client encounters in accordance with agency policies and licensing standards.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary meetings and case consultations, collaboratively developing and reviewing patient treatment plans.

• Assist in the design and execution of on-unit programming, contributing to staff training and professional development initiatives.

• Maintain open and effective communication with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate coordinated care and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will engage with at Peaceful Perspective Life Psychotherapy come from diverse backgrounds and face various emotional and psychological challenges. You will work with individuals dealing with mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within the state of California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A thorough understanding of psychopharmacology, and the ability to communicate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.

• Exceptional communication skills, and the ability to establish rapport with clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , along with performance-based bonuses.
