Head of Climate Development & Partnerships

Greentown Labs in Washington DC is looking for a Head of Development to lead philanthropic and partnership revenue with a multi‑million‑dollar target. You will cultivate and solicit gifts from a wide donor base and establish a robust funding pipeline.

The role combines national major gifts with a secondary focus on annual giving and sponsorship, working with site leaders in Boston and Houston. Travel and hybrid work are expected.
