Workforce Development Manager

Job Overview Faith Technologies, Inc. (FTI) is a dynamic organization involved in construction, engineering, manufacturing, and renewable energy. The Workforce Manager role supports a manpower pool of 50‑100 people, ensuring current and future workforce needs are met and processes are improved. Responsibilities Skillfully selects new hires and partners with the talent team to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Acts as a coach and developer of talent. Improves the overall quality of field team members by helping keep certifications current, expanding licensing, and increasing awareness of training possibilities through frequent communication with field personnel. Partners with Talent & Operations teams to optimize recruiting and selection, team member relations, and related topics concerning direct reports. Visits various projects to encourage safe and productive behavior. Provides feedback and coaching at the management and team member levels to drive retention and enhance performance. Works with the Workforce Planning and Scheduling team to meet organizational and team member needs. Creates and develops positive community relationships to establish a pipeline of prospective team members. Oversees the execution and completion of team members’ performance evaluation processes, ensuring effective, fair, and timely performance evaluations for all field team members. Performs other related duties as required and assigned. Minimum Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED. Experience: 2 to 4 years of progressive administrative/field experience in the Operations or Construction industry. OR Education: Associate Degree and 6 months to 1 year of progressive administrative/field experience in the Operations or Construction industry. Travel: 20% Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday; however, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
