The role ensures safe, organized operations and maintains training standards. As a Corrections Licensed Barber Manager, you will perform the following duties: Training and Instruction: Provide classroom and hands‑on guidance in barbering practices, methods and techniques Classroom Management: Maintain order and discipline during instruction and work assignments Program Administration: Plan, develop and manage the barber training program in accordance with state guidelines Licensing Support: Arrange testing opportunities for eligible inmates through the State Board of Barber Examiners Supply Management: Determine needed tools and supplies and submit purchase requests Tool Accountability: Issue, inventory and account for all materials and tools, as well as conduct searches to ensure proper control Interested in learning more? QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of professional experience as a barber Special Requirements: All positions require possession of an active Barber Manager License issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Barber Examiners Other Requirements: Successful completion of basic training in Elizabethtown, PA is required You must meet the PA residency requirement.
